Sentient Infections

Tsunkatse is an episode of Star Trek: Voyager where Seven of Nine becomes a gladiator against her will and eventually learns that the man training her is training her to kill him in battle as his only way out of a long nightmare.

When infections get bad enough, they develop a neural net and become sentient. They develop a mind of their own due to permanent biofilm creating a situation where the microorganisms all talk to each other and sentience emerges out of that. When I make psychic contact with them, most of them do like the trainer in that episode: help me kill them.

They don't WANT to be a sentient infection. This is not anything desirable to them, to live on knowing they are killing their host and can never really have a life, etc.

HIV is a retrovirus.

retrovirus (noun) · retroviruses (plural noun)

any of a family of RNA viruses that have an enzyme (reverse transcriptase) capable of making a complementary DNA copy of the viral RNA, which then is integrated into a host cell’s DNA. The family includes a number of significant pathogens, typically causing tumors or affecting the function of the immune system, e.g. HIV.

In other words, it cell by cell replaces your DNA with a fake version of DNA. My understanding is it basically makes two copies of itself and joins them together to form a DNA version of itself and then takes over the cell.

When HIV gets so bad that it develops a mind of its own, it thinks it's a PERSON and calls me a murderer while never leaving me alone because no one else can hear it and it's lonely.

A substantial amount of what I know medically comes from talking to sentient infections, including HIV and other infections helping me kill HIV.

In its advanced stages, HIV is similar to demon possession and it makes the behavior of child molesters vastly worse. Not everyone with HIV turns into a rapey pervert in late stage HIV, but late stage HIV in people who are already abusive perverts promotes worse behavior because all the weirdo stuff is how it spreads.

This is why I had unpublished HIV notes for a long time:

1. I can't support what I know about HIV because not only is it "according to the voices in my head" it's also "according to sentient infections."

2. I desperately want this garbage STOPPED. So I've done everything in my power to try to revolutionize HIV treatment in spite of my hands being tied here by you abusive NUTCASES.

The way to break the neural net is:

1. Generally get the viral load down so there's less infection.

2. Treat aggressively for biofilm.

Keep in mind, it ***WILL*** try to mutate when you try to break up biofilm. This will be a pitched battle and you ***WILL*** need to switch up treatment during this process because using more of the same treatment as it mutates is exactly how treatment-resistant infection develops.

It takes a week or MORE of consistent, aggressive treatment that takes into account the fact that doing the same thing too much STOPS working because it's mutating to get the viral load down and break the neutral net by destroying the biofilm that creates it.

And then you need to KEEP treating so it doesn't come back in short order.
